Sai learned early that most medical research ends at the publication stage, lacking the degree of robustness and financial backing necessary for real world implementation. This understanding drew him away from aspirations of being a neuroscientist, worried he would forever be stuck in a loop of ideation-experimentation-publication, and opened his eyes (no pun intended) to the world of startups. To complement a technical background in neuroscience research at Georgetown University and the Center for Brain Circuit Therapeutics, he had a brief tenure working on business growth at Quantbase (YC W23) and was a part of the 1st place team at the Wharton Investment Competition. He is currently a senior at Thomas Jefferson High School alongside Rohan and Sritan.
